For Your Complaints

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to D.Lgs. 206/05 there is the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of ten working days from the day of receipt of the goods. In order to express your intention to withdraw from the contract, you must send us a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. It is also possible to send a telegram or fax within the same period, provided that the customer sends confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. Within the same period of ten working days you must return the products intact and in their sealed packaging as originally. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The shipment to the sender of the products is the responsibility of the customer and under his responsibility. As soon as we have received the products, verified their integrity, we will refund the sums paid, less shipping costs.

In case of damaged shipment
If you receive parcels visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by leaking wine from any broken bottles) you can do as follows:

– If it is more packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier bill “With Reserve”. We will then arrange for the return of the damaged package and send it back. –

If it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we would take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.

In the event of the breakdown of the product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement if you do not find in our catalog no replacement products, we will refund the sums paid. Any shipping costs for the return to the sender of the damaged package and the return of the new one are completely borne by us.

In which cases is it not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal?
By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or change rapidly, and in the event that the delivery of the goods takes place by collection at the point of sale.

For disputes concerning the application of this contract, the competent court is the court of Ancona.


SHIPPING We carry out transports through Corriere Bartolini or FERCAM. We are committed to delivering the product to the conveyor as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to have the products delivered within the short term, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay during transport. In case of unavailability, even temporary, of one or more of the products ordered, we will inform you.
