Right of Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 206/05, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of ten working days from the day of receipt of the goods. To express the intention to withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to send a communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Within the same timeframe, you can also send a telegram or fax, provided that the customer sends confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Within the same period of ten working days, it is necessary to send back the products intact and in their originally sealed packaging. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The shipment of products back to the sender is at the customer's expense and under their responsibility. Once we have received the products and verified their integrity, we will reimburse the amounts paid, minus shipping costs only.

In Case of Damaged Shipment

If you receive packages visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leaking from any broken bottles), you can do the following:

– If there are multiple packages, refuse the damaged package by signing the courier's slip "With Reservation." We will then take care of returning the damaged package and reshipping it. –

If it is a single-package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender, and as before, we will handle the return and restoration of the shipment.

In case the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement. If you do not find any replacement product in our catalog, we will refund the amounts paid. Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and delivering a new one are completely at our expense.

In Which Cases Is It Not Possible to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal?

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly, and in cases where the delivery of goods occurs through pickup at the point of sale.

COMPETENT COURT

For disputes concerning the application of this contract, the competent court is the Court of Ancona.

Shipments

We carry out transportation via Bartolini Courier or FERCAM. We are committed to delivering the product to the carrier as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to deliver the products in a short time, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay that occurred during transport. In case of unavailability, even temporary, of one or more of the ordered products, we will inform you.
