Vinification & Aging:
Hand-harvested grapes, short cold skin maceration, gentle pressing with brief skin contact. Fermentation of the clarified must at low temperature for 15 days. Approximately 4 months on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by approximately 2 months of bottle aging.
Tasting Notes:
Bright rosé color with copper highlights, enveloping aromas of rose petals, raspberries and wild strawberries. Fresh and savory on the palate
